For the Gold Armor:
i gave a fou...Thanks mate :)

For the Gold Armor:

i gave a foundation of Calthan Brown.

This was followed by a layer of Snakebite Leather for half of each piece of mail. Then i added 50/50 mix of Bleached Bone with Snakebite Leather and highlighted more to the edges.

I then added Dark Flesh (really watered down) to the horizontal lines in the mail. Then added Chaos Black to the Dark Flesh (also super watered down) in the same manner.

Finally a highlight of pure Bleached Bone kinda dotted on with a tiny fine brush.

For the Green Robes:
I used a foundation of Knarloc Green.

This was followed by 40/60 ratio of Bleached Bone mixed with Knarloc Green. The mix is then increased to 70/30 on the next layer. I try to ensure the paint is not too thick and added water to the mix as well.

Hope this helps ;)Skanwyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12434600738210676237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-176723809049218121.post-78423942604650013602011-06-18T00:54:32.891+08:002011-06-18T00:54:32.891+08:00he looks really cool :D, especially the golden arm...he looks really cool :D, especially the golden armour, and your blending with the green looks really smooth - any tips on how you did it?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
